Each boat is built with in-house advanced technology including computer-aided design and manufacturing by "assembling" major components on the screen, studying various parameters and making any necessary adjustments, a multi-axis 3D milling machine, a robotic lamination facility using a unique overhead tram system, a water jet cutting machine and the Computerized Numeric Control (CNC) router for precision cutting of parts like bulkheads, cabin doors and interior parts.
